# วิธีลบโปรแกรมเสริมใน LINE OA

หากร้านค้าเคยเชื่อมต่อกับแชทแพลตฟอร์มหรือแชทบอทเจ้าอื่น จะทำให้มีประวัติการเชื่อมต่ออยู่ใน LINE OA  ซึ่งข้อมูลนี้จะถูกเก็บไว้ที่ฟีเจอร์ "โปรแกรมเสริม (Extension)" ใน LINE OA ของทางร้าน และทำให้การตอบกลับของระบบ deeple ถูกแทรกแชงการทำงานได้ เช่น มีข้อความอื่นตอบแทรกบอทของ deeple หรือบอทของ deeple ไม่สามารถตอบกลับลูกค้าได้ ดังนั้นร้านค้าจึงจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกหรือล้างประวัติการเชื่อมต่อแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ ในเมนู “บริการที่เชื่อมต่อ“ บน LINE Official Account Manager โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

1\. ไปที่ <https://manager.line.biz/>  และ ทำการเข้าสู่ระบบบัญชีของร้าน

2\.  เลือกบัญชี LINE OA ของร้านค้า

3\.  คลิก “ตั้งค่า“&#x20;

4. คลิก "โปรแกรมเสริม"
5. คลิก "ตั้งค่าโปรแกรมเสริม"

6. คลิก "เลิกเชื่อมต่อ" ในแพลตฟอร์มที่ต้องการล้างประวัติ
