# การเชื่อมต่อ Facebook page

**เงื่อนไขการเชื่อมต่อ Facebook Page กับระบบ deeple มีดังนี้**

1. ประวัติการสนทนาของลูกค้ากับทางร้าน ก่อนการเชื่อมต่อระบบ deeple จะไม่ถูกดึงเข้ามาที่บทสนทนาของระบบ deeple
2. แอดมินควรตอบลูกค้าจากหน้าบทสนทนาของระบบ deeple เท่านั้น หากมีการตอบลูกค้าผ่านทาง Meta Business Suite จะทำให้ข้อความของแอดมินไม่แสดงในหน้าบทสนทนาของระบบ deeple

**Checklist ก่อนทำการเชื่อมต่อ Facebook page กับระบบ deeple**

:white\_check\_mark: ตรวจสอบว่าผู้เชื่อมต่อมีบทบาทในเพจหรือสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงเพจตรงตามข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้หรือไม่

* **กรณีเป็นเพจรูปแบบคลาสสิก**
  * เป็นผู้ดูแลเพจ (Admin)
* **กรณีเป็นเพจรูปแบบประสบการณ์ใหม่**
  * เป็นผู้มีสิทธิ์ควบคุมเพจโดยสมบูรณ์ หรือ
  * เป็นผู้มีสิทธิ์การควบคุมบางส่วน

:white\_check\_mark: เปิดใช้งาน**การยืนยันตัวตนแบบสองชั้น (Two-Factor Authentication)** ใน Facebook ส่วนตัวให้เรียบร้อย หากยังไม่ได้เปิดการยืนยันตัวตนสองชั้น สามารถทำตาม[คู่มือการเปิดใช้งานการยืนยันตัวตนสองชั้น (2FA)](https://web.facebook.com/help/148233965247823?_rdc=1&_rdr) *(ไม่บังคับ)*

**หมายเหตุ**

จาก Checklist ข้างต้น ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเชื่อมต่อ Facebook page กับระบบ deeple ได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเปิดใช้งานการยืนยันตัวตนแบบสองชั้น แต่หากมีการเปิดใช้งานในภายหลัง จะทำให้ระบบหลุดการเชื่อมต่อจาก Facebook page ได้ และผู้ใช้งานจำเป็นต้องทำการเชื่อมต่อใหม่อีกครั้ง

## ขั้นตอนการเชื่อมต่อ Facebook Page&#x20;

1\. คลิกเมนู “ตั้งค่าร้านค้า“

2\. คลิกแท็บเมนูย่อย “การเชื่อมต่อ“

3\. คลิก "เชื่อมต่อ"

4\. คลิก “ดำเนินการต่อใ&#xE19;*'ชื่อ Facebook ผู้เชื่อมต่อ*'" ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องเป็นชื่อของผู้ใช้งานที่มีสถานะเป็นแอดมินเพจหรือผู้มีสิทธิ์การควบคุมโดยสมบูรณ์

&#x20;  หากต้องการเปลี่ยนเป็นบัญชีการใช้งานอื่น สามารถคลิกปุ่ม “เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีอื่น (Log into another account)" และดำเนินการด้วยบัญชีดังกล่าวต่อไปได้

5\. เลือกเพจที่ต้องการเชื่อมต่อ

6\. คลิก "ถัดไป" (Next)

7\. ระบบจะปรากฏหน้าจอให้อนุญาตสิทธิในการดำเนินงานระหว่าง Facebook Page ของทางร้านกับระบบ deeple โดยคลิกอนุญาตตัวเลือกทั้งหมดให้เป็น “ใช่ (Yes)“&#x20;

8\. คลิก “เรียบร้อย (Done)“&#x20;

9\. คลิก “ตกลง (OK)“

10\. ระบบจะแสดงหน้าจอดังนี้

11\. สามารถตรวจสอบผลการเชื่อมต่อได้ที่ Facebook Messenger ซึ่งจะแสดงปุ่ม Get Started ในหน้าแชทดังนี้

12\. เมื่อคลิกปุ่ม Get started หน้าแชทจะมีปุ่ม Persistent menu ดังรูปตัวอย่างด้านล่าง

ซึ่งค่าเริ่มต้นของ Persistent menu บน Facebook messenger ประกอบด้วย 3 เมนู ดังนี้

* ดูเมนูสินค้า
* รายการสั่งซื้อ
* ติดต่อแแอดมิน
