# ลบสินค้า
การลบสินค้าจำเป็นต้องทำให้สินค้ามีจำนวนคงเหลือ (จอง) เท่ากับ 0 (ศูนย์) ก่อน จึงจะสามารถลบสินค้าออกจากระบบได้ โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 รูปแบบดังนี้

## **การลบสินค้าที่ไม่มีตัวเลือกสินค้า (SKU)**
1\. เลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการลบออกจากระบบ
2\. ปรับจำนวนสินค้าในคลังให้เหลือ 0 (ศูนย์)
3\. คลิกปุ่ม "ลบสินค้า"
4\. คลิกปุ่ม "ยืนยัน"
5\. ระบบจะลบสินค้าโดยอัตโนมัติ
## **การลบสินค้าที่มีตัวเลือกสินค้า (SKU)**
แบ่งเป็น 2 รูปแบบดังนี้

### **ลบเฉพาะบางตัวเลือกสินค้า**
ตัวอย่าง ร้าน deeple Shop ต้องการลบตัวเลือกของสินค้าหน้ากากอนามัย deeple Mask ไซส์ M ออกจากระบบ สามารถทำตามขั้นตอนได้ดังนี้
1\. เลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการลบ
2\. คลิกปุ่ม "จัดการตัวเลือกสินค้า"
3\. ปรับจำนวนคลังสินค้าของตัวเลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการลบ
4\. คลิกปุ่ม "บันทึก"
5\. คลิกเครื่องหมายดินสอ
6\. คลิกเครื่องหมายกากบาท (X) ที่ค่าตัวเลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการลบ
7\. คลิกปุ่ม "เพิ่ม"
8\. ระบบจะลบค่าตัวเลือกสินค้าให้อัตโนมัติ
9\. คลิกปุ่ม "บันทึก"
> ***\* หมายเหตุ** หากจำนวนสินค้าของค่าตัวเลือกที่ต้องการลบไม่เท่ากับ 0 (ศูนย์) ชิ้น ระบบจะให้ปรับจำนวนในคลังสินค้าให้เป็น 0 (ศูนย์) ก่อน จึงจะสามารถลบค่าตัวเลือกสินค้าดังกล่าวได้*
### **ลบตัวเลือกสินค้าทั้งหมด**
1\. เลือกสินค้าที่ต้องการลบ
2\. คลิกปุ่ม "จัดการตัวเลือกสินค้า"
3\. ปรับจำนวนคลังสินค้าของแต่ละค่าตัวเลือกให้เป็น 0 (ศูนย์) ทั้งหมด
4\. คลิกปุ่ม "บันทึก"
5\. คลิกปุ่ม "ลบสินค้า"
6\. คลิกปุ่ม "ยืนยัน"
7\. ระบบจะลบสินค้าโดยอัตโนมัติ

**สินค้าติดจอง / สำรอง คืออะไร ?**

คือสินค้าที่มีลูกค้าเลือกซื้อและเปิดรายการสั่งซื้อทิ้งไว้ ทำให้สินค้าชิ้นนั้นถูกสำรองไว้ในตะกร้าเพื่อรอให้ลูกค้าดำเนินการชำระเงินหรือเพื่อเป็นการล็อกสินค้าเอาไว้ไม่ให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นเลือกซื้อได้
หากร้านค้าต้องการลบสินค้าชิ้นใด แล้วพบว่าสินค้าชิ้นนั้นติดจองไว้อยู่ ร้านค้าจะไม่สามารถลบสินค้าชิ้นดังกล่าวออกจากระบบได้ทันที จำเป็นต้องติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อแจ้งคืนสินค้ากลับเข้าคลังและปรับจำนวนสินค้าให้เป็น 0 (ศูนย์) ก่อน จึงจะสามารถลบสินค้าชิ้นดังกล่าวได้
