# ปรับจำนวนสินค้าด้วยไฟล์
สำหรับร้านค้าที่มีสินค้าในระบบจำนวนมาก และต้องการเพิ่มหรือลดจำนวนสินค้าพร้อมกันหลายรายการ ก็สามารถอัปโหลดไฟล์เพื่อปรับสต็อกสินค้าได้ตามที่ต้องการ โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้
### **วิธีการเพิ่มหรือปรับจำนวนสินค้าในคลัง**
1\. คลิกเมนู “เมนูสินค้า & คลังสินค้า“
2\. คลิกแท็บเมนูย่อย “คลังสินค้า“
3\. คลิกปุ่ม “นำออกคลังสินค้า”
4\. เลือกประเภทไฟล์ที่ต้องการดาวน์โหลดได้ 2 ประเภท คือ ไฟล์ .**CSV** (Comma-Separated Value) และ .**XLSX** (Microsoft Excel)
5\. เปิดไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดมา จะมีข้อมูลสต็อกสินค้าดังนี้
**คอลัมน์ A** คือ รหัสสินค้าทุกรายการในระบบ
**คอลัมน์ B** คือ จำนวนสินค้าที่มีอยู่ในคลัง ณ เวลาที่ผู้ใช้งานดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลออกมา
6\. กรอกจำนวนสินค้าในแต่ละรายการตามที่ต้องการ จากนั้นทำการบันทึกไฟล์ให้เรียบร้อย

**ข้อควรระวัง**
เนื่องจากการกรอกข้อมูลใน 1 ไฟล์ ไม่ควรเกิน 1,000 แถว
ดังนั้น หากสินค้าที่ต้องการปรับสต็อกมีจำนวนมากกว่า 1,000 SKU แนะนำให้แบ่งข้อมูลในการนำเข้าคลังสินค้าครั้งละไม่เกิน 1,000 แถวต่อไฟล์

7\. นำเข้าไฟล์สต็อกสินค้าที่บันทึกไว้ โดยคลิกปุ่ม “นำเข้าคลังสินค้า”
8\. ระบบจะปรากฏหน้าจอเพื่อเลือกวิธีการนำเข้าคลังสินค้า
สามารถอธิบายรายละเอียดในหน้าวิธีการนำเข้าคลังสินค้าได้ ดังนี้

ตัวอย่าง เดิมมีสินค้า A อยู่ในระบบจำนวน 50 ชิ้น และทางร้านกรอกจำนวนสินค้า A ในไฟล์นำเข้าคลังสินค้าเป็นจำนวน 30 ชิ้น
เมื่อเลือกวิธี "เพิ่ม” จำนวนสินค้า ระบบจะเพิ่มจำนวนสินค้า A เป็น 50 + 30 = 80 ชิ้น

เมื่อเลือกวิธี "แทนที่” จำนวนสินค้า ระบบจะแทนที่จำนวนสินค้า A จาก 50 ชิ้น เป็น 30 ชิ้น

9\. เมื่อเลือกวิธีการนำเข้าคลังสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว จากนั้นคลิกปุ่ม “นำเข้า“
10\. เลือกไฟล์นำเข้าคลังสินค้า และคลิกปุ่ม “Open“
11\. ระบบจะนำเข้าสต็อกสินค้าด้วยไฟล์ดังกล่าวและปรับจำนวนสินค้าในระบบโดยอัตโนมัติ
