# แอดมินเปิดรายการสั่งซื้อให้ลูกค้า

หากลูกค้ากดติดต่อแอดมินเพื่อสั่งซื้อสินค้ากับแอดมินโดยตรง หรือลูกค้าไม่สามารถกดซื้อสินค้าและเปิดรายการสั่งซื้อด้วยตัวเองได้ แอดมินสามารถดำเนินการแทนลูกค้าได้โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 รูปแบบดังนี้

* เปิดรายการสั่งซื้อโดยเลือกวิธีรับสินค้าเป็น "[จัดส่งถึงบ้าน](/store-management/chat/open-order/receiveathome.md)"
* เปิดรายการสั่งซื้อโดยเลือกวิธีรับสินค้าเป็น "[รับสินค้าที่หน้าร้าน](/store-management/chat/open-order/receiveatstore.md)"
