# การอัปเกรดแพลนการใช้งาน
สำหรับร้านค้าที่ใช้บริการ Free Plan บนระบบ deeple จะไม่สามารถซื้อฟีเจอร์เสริมต่าง ๆ เพิ่มเติมได้ หากต้องการเปิดใช้งานฟีเจอร์เสริมจำเป็นต้องอัปเกรดระบบเพื่อใช้งานฟีเจอร์เสริมได้ ดังนั้นเพื่อเข้าถึงการใช้งานที่หลากหลาย คุณสามารถอัปเกรดแพลนการใช้งานเป็นแพลนอื่น ๆ ได้ตามความต้องการ

**เงื่อนไขการอัปเกรดแพลนการใช้งาน**
* สำหรับร้านค้าที่อัปเกรดแพลนไปแล้ว หากพบว่าแพลนที่อัปเกรดไปยังไม่ตอบโจทย์การใช้งาน สามารถดาวน์เกรดไปใช้แพลนที่ราคาถูกลงมาได้ (*ต่ำสุดคือ Basic Plan*) เช่น เปลี่ยนจาก Advanced plan มาใช้ Standard plan เป็นต้น โดยติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ deeple Support ผ่านช่องทาง Live Chat บนระบบ deeple

1\. คลิก "เปลี่ยนแพ็กเกจ"
> *\* หรือสามารถคลิกที่เมนูหลัก "แพ็กเกจ & การใช้งาน" และคลิกเมนูย่อย "เปลี่ยนแพ็กเกจการใช้งาน" เพื่อเข้าสู่หน้าจอการเปลี่ยนแพลนได้เช่นเดียวกัน*
2\. คลิกปุ่ม "เลือกแพลน" ที่ต้องการใช้งาน
ตัวอย่าง เลือกเปลี่ยนจากฟรีแพลนไปใช้เบสิคแพลน
3\. ผูกบัตรเดบิตหรือบัตรเครดิตในหัวข้อ “เพิ่มวิธีการชำระเงิน“ และกรอกข้อมูลในช่องว่างให้ครบถ้วน
4\. คลิกปุ่ม “บันทึก“

1. ระบบ deeple รองรับเฉพาะบัตร Visa, Mastercard และ JCB เท่านั้น
2. สามารถอ่านเงื่อนไขการให้บริการเพิ่มเติมได้จาก [Terms of service](https://console.deeple.ai/term-and-condition)

5\. กรอกข้อมูลการเรียกเก็บเงิน โดยเลือกกรอกเป็น "ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล" หรือ "ข้อมูลนิติบุคคล"
* ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล - กรณีทำธุรกิจในนามบุคคลธรรมดา
* ข้อมูลนิติบุคคล - กรณีจดทะเบียนเป็นนิติบุคคล
ซึ่งข้อมูลในส่วนนี้จะใช้สำหรับออกใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Tax invoice) ให้กับร้านค้าและส่งไปให้ทางอีเมลที่ระบุไว้ เมื่อมีการซื้อฟีเจอร์เสริมหรือเมื่อถึงวันที่ครบกำหนดชำระค่าบริการ
6\. คลิกปุ่ม “บันทึก“
7\. ระบบแสดงรายละเอียดค่าบริการแพลนที่เลือกใช้งานและวันที่ครบกำหนดชำระค่าบริการ
8\. คลิกปุ่ม "เริ่มใช้งานแพลน"
9. ระบบจะทำการอัปเกรดแพลนให้อัตโนมัติ
10\. คลิก "เสร็จสิ้น"
11\. ระบบจะแสดงหน้าแพ็กเกจ & การใช้งาน ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดตามแพลนที่เลือกใช้ดังนี้

1. เมื่อครบกำหนดชำระค่าบริการในรอบบิลถัดไป ระบบจะทำการตัดเงินจากบัตรเดบิตหรือบัตรเครดิตที่ผูกไว้โดยอัตโนมัติ
2. หากไม่ต้องการใช้งานระบบ deeple ต่อไป สามารถถอนการผูกบัตรเดบิตหรือบัตรเครดิตออกจากระบบก่อนวันครบกำหนดชำระค่าบริการได้ทุกเมื่อ
